Hybrid event streaming for the room
and the remote audience.
A hybrid event works when online viewers can follow the programme, see the content and participate without feeling like an afterthought. Yelo plans both experiences as one production.
One programme. Two audience environments.
We coordinate cameras, venue sound, presentation feeds, remote speakers, audience interaction and the streaming platform. The result is a professional online experience that complements the room instead of simply pointing a camera at it.
Designed around the outcome.
Clear programme coverage
Speakers, panels, slides and room context are switched deliberately for remote viewers.
Remote contribution
Online speakers are tested, introduced and returned to the programme through a managed workflow.
Audience connection
Questions and polls are designed into the run of show rather than added at the last minute.
Reliable hand-offs
The producer coordinates with venue AV, organisers, platform owners and speakers.
How this is planned.
Design the programme
Plan the audience experience for both in-room and online viewers.
Confirm venue AV
Sound, screens, connectivity and technical hand-offs.
Prepare speakers
Brief in-room and remote contributors on the workflow.
Rehearse hand-offs
Every switch, remote intro and interaction tested.
Produce live
Cover the programme and deliver agreed recordings and clips.

A brief we can plan around.
Nominate one decision-maker, share the programme and identify the access, audience and content outputs that matter. We coordinate with your venue and platform providers where required.

Pricing follows our standard packages, starting from R14,500 including VAT. The final range depends on camera count, venue AV, remote speakers and platform requirements.
Allow at least 10-15 working days where possible. Larger venues, multiple remote speakers or custom platform integrations benefit from more lead time.
We can work with your venue's existing AV, or bring in sound and screens where the venue doesn't provide them. This is confirmed during planning.
Yes. Remote questions can be routed through the chosen platform and brought into the room by the moderator or MC as part of the run of show.
Plan one experience for both audiences.
Share the venue, programme, expected attendance, remote speakers and online platform requirements.
