Professional livestreaming should
be easier to understand.
YeloStreamCo helps organisations plan reliable, professional live events without starting with a wall of technical jargon. We package the common requirements clearly, explain the options and put an experienced producer behind every confirmed scope.
A focused role within the Astral Studios group.
Yelo is the streamlined streaming offer for professional 1-3 camera events: webinars, training, town halls, association meetings, launches and suitable hybrid programmes. Astral Studios leads bespoke enterprise productions with greater scale, complexity, staging or governance. The brands are complementary, and your brief is routed to the team best equipped to deliver it.
What clients should experience.
Clarity
Packages, assumptions and additions are explained in plain language.
Preparation
Venue, programme, speakers, content and connectivity are reviewed before live day.
Respect
The event belongs to the client; our job is to serve the message and audience.
Accountability
One producer owns the confirmed technical plan and coordinates the delivery team.
Broadcast thinking, applied practically.
The experience behind Yelo includes multi-camera production, live switching, remote contributions, presentation feeds, graphics, recording and event coordination. We apply that experience at the level the event genuinely needs - without overselling complexity.
Yelo is based in Johannesburg and serves clients across Gauteng. Travel elsewhere in South Africa can be arranged and is scoped separately once the venue and schedule are confirmed.
